Realisations 2007-2011 :
Developed and implemented group strategy in all the plants (safety, improving EBIT, increasing customer satisfaction and quality, launching new products, communication and negociation with employee representatives)
Expanded and refreshed the new plant in Romorantin FRANCE (2009) – Investment but machine cost 2,5M€
Initiated, implemented and coordinated a bigger team (staff and workers organisation, building, machinery) to comply with market standards (GMP, ECOCERT, ISO9001)
