    - Manage EADS Expert Career Path: ensure group-wide information (Handbook creation), manage & animate Development Programmes (EXCEED & EXP.LORE, EADS Experts’ Day), preside EADS Expert Committee (policy & governance), conduct interview of Executive Experts candidates, report on Expert Career Path to EADS Executive Technical Committee (composed of Group and all divisions CTO’s)

    - Identify & develop new products and Services opportunities to extend - by organic growth or partnering - CASSIDIAN Air Systems’ portfolio in line with the Strategy objectives,
