- superviser des relations avec les fournisseurs, le suivi des contrats
- être garant de la sécurité informatique.
- savoir gérer les hommes et femmes qui collaborent à la mise en place des items précédents

La derniere notion prend tout son sens quand on sait la place transversale qu'elle occupe au milieu de la définition si dessus : le management humain
Le plus important pour qu'un service mene à bien sa mission est dans les mille choses du quotidien qui amènent chacun de ses membres à se sentir exister. C’est la façon de donner un ordre, la façon de gérer une réticence, la façon de recentrer une production insatisfaisante, la façon de dire non à une requête, la façon de prendre en compte la difficulté que rencontre un collaborateur ou une équipe. C'est aussi la façon de valider ce qui est bien fait, la clarté de la tâche à accomplir.
finalement, il s'agit d'être strict dans la qualité de la production et de sa gestion humaine tout en restant chaleureux et partenaire avec ses collaborateurs.
