Activity : Complete erection, precommissioning & commissioning activities (capacity : 2 x 2500 m3/day + remineralisation of 2500 m3/day)
ERECTION :
- Civil work checking
- Structures, gangways, dosing skids erection
- Pressure vessels installation (evaporateur, condenser, thermocompressor ...)
- Main equipments installation (process pumps, automatic filters, PHX, control & on/off valves, manual valves ...)
- Lines fabrication & installation following isometrics (used material : stainless & carbon steel, GRP, PEHD / Diameters : 1/4" to 20" / Pressure : -1 to 10 barg)
- Fluids : Sea water, brine, distillate, condensate, service water, LP steam, chemical products
- Control / Command equipements installation : MCC, PLC, UPS
- Distribution : Cable trays & cables installation following wiring diagram
- Instrumentation installation : PI, PT, DPT, TI, TT, FIT, LIT, analysers (PH, EC)
PRECOMMISSIONING :
Supervision of non destructive test, hydrostatic test / air & water test, vacuum test, steam blowing, loop check & functionnal test
COMMISSIONING :
Start up of the 2 desalination plants + remineralisation system
Issues & punch list clearance with chinese & venezuelian client
WORK CONDITIONS :
Supervision of 10 to 30 chinese workers
Weekly reports writing for client & company
Work languages : English / Spanish
