Issu d'une formation générale en Management et Gestion des Entreprises, j'ai souhaité me spécialiser en Environnement et Développement Durable pour pouvoir accéder à un poste à responsabilité dans un domaine qui me passionne.
La passion me semble un paramètre essentiel dans un secteur si particulier, ma formation me permet désormais d'avoir les compétences nécessaires. Ces compétences ayant été largement mises en application à travers mes diverses expériences professionnelles.
De plus ma formation en alternance m'a permis d'être un salarié à part entière d'une entreprise et d'apprendre beaucoup, sur moi comme sur le monde du travail.

  • NEODYME Australia - General Manager

    2014 - 2015 Neodyme Australia was created in February 2013 and is operated Australia wide. As the General Manager of the company my main missions are:

    1. Strategic Definition
    Offering very flexible and fully tailored services to our clients is our strong focus. It is then of major importance to structure our deployment accordingly and ensure a perfect match between the client needs and the work delivered.
    I am also in charge of creating appropriate communication supports and the consistency in the way we deliver our services.

    2. Business Development
    Neodyme Australia is currently delivering great works in Australia and our clients are fully satisfied. It is time to make the most of the local experience we gained and extend our activities. We are convinced that our services are valuable for the market and that we will be able to support any business in Australia and in the surrounding Asia-Pacific region in WHS, Environmental Protection and Process Safety.
    At the end of the day, our goal is to help our clients to increase their operability.

    3. Technical Mission
    As my background is in the technical field, I am also delivering missions for our clients. It is a key element of the strategy within Neodyme Australia. All our employees are first and foremost technical, whatever their position is.
    Delivering technical missions and being in-the-field give me also a taste of what are the Australian expectations and make sure that we understand your business and offer a relevant work.
    I then was involved in different missions such as:
    - HAZOP Facilitation for Waste Management Plant
    - HAZID Facilitation for Mining Porject
    - Hazardous area inspections for Mining plant
    - WHS Management System Implementation for Oil & Gas Maintenance company
    - Process Safety Management implementation support for mining company
  • Néodyme Nouvelle-Calédonie - Environment, Health and Safety Engineer / Team Leader

    2011 - 2014 A great professional opportunity and various interesting challenges to face, my position within Neodyme New Caledonia evolved to the complete management of all related HSE activities.

    1. Strategic orientation
    As part of the management, it was my concern that the activities were delivered on time and with great quality to our clients. It was a balance to be found between the client’s expectations and the employees’ wellbeing at work.
    I was also directly reporting to the General Manager and was fully involved in all the strategic decisions to be taken for the future of the company.

    1. Skill / knowledge transfer and follow-up of contracts
    Being aware of both the technical aspects of the missions and of the local context in New Caledonia, one of my most challenging mission was to ensure consistency in the missions delivers to our clients by lifting up the new staff within Neodyme NC.
    If the target was to build up technical capabilities, it was definitely a human challenge to master the management of change in a smooth and efficient way.
    I was also following-up on every projects linked to HSE, making sure it was profitable for us and with high level of satisfaction for the final client.

    3. Business Development
    Being in charge of the HSE Department was also requesting me to find new potential clients, secure any contract to be performed and follow-up with the clients. A trust based relationship to be maintain in the long run, that is something I was particular focused on.
  • Eurocopter - Environmental Junior Manager

    2007 - 2010 As part of the environmental department based in Marignane (headquarters - Marseille International airport), we were in charge of both French sites and the general coordination between France, Germany and Spain.

    I was fully involved and leading some aspects of the job. My main missions were:

    1. Implementation and follow-up of ISO 14001 certification
    Supporting the rest of the team in engaging the people from Eurocopter and moving forward to be certified under the ISO 14001 Standard, what we did in 2009.
    I was specifically in charge of the environmental analysis, the creation and up-date of the ISO 14001 documentary database and the communication. I was also part of the compliance process and the operational management but mainly as a support for the project leader.

    2. Deployment of REACh regulation in Europe (traceability of chemicals)
    I was mastering the cooperative work about the definition of the list of chemicals of major importance for Eurocopter, based on both the environmental impacts and the operations.
    Besides, I was the project leader for the supply chain data collection process, making sure we had an effective and relevant process to track any important data and be able to track it during the process.
    Lastly, I was asked to secure an efficient and permanent communication between France, Germany and Spain within the REACh project in order to ensure consistency in the way the project was delivered.

    3. Lifecycle impact assessment for aircraft
    I was involved in the project of assessing the impact of an aircraft during its full life cycle, with a strong focus on the disposal (end of life) and some potential valorisation.
    One very important part of that was also to ensure that the aircraft to be dismantled wasn’t about to pollute or harm any of the workers working on it.
  • Association Aix-TRM Passion - Chargé de communication

    2006 - 2006 Assurer la promotion et la réussite du projet "Silva 2006". Une course à pieds de Paris à Aix en Provence pour sensibiliser à chaque étape aux risques pour la nature et pour l'Homme des incendies de forêt, notamment en Méditerranée.
  • Communauté d'Agglomératon du Pays d'Aix - Chargé de mission

    2005 - 2005 Réaliser un état des lieux de la problématique du bruit sur le territoire de la communauté et proposer des pistes d'amélioration.
  • Centres de Secours - Sauveteur en mer

    2002 - 2006 Sauveteur en mer en qualité de Sapeur Pompier Volontaire sur les communes de Fos/Mer, Port St Louis, Menton, Cap d'Ail pendant cinq saisons estivales consécutives (juillet/août).
    Poste à responsabilité nécessitant l'obtention de nombreux diplômes (AFPS, AFCPSAM, CFAPSE, DSA, BNSSA, permis bâteau).
