Youssef is a supply chain consultant and leads the simulation practice of CEL.
Prior to CEL, he has conducted numerous studies in supply chain management, network design, logistics, Lean manufacturing and quality management in Hong Kong, China and France.
MSc in Industrial Systems Engineering, specialized un Supply Chain Management from The Troyes University of Technology, France. He is experienced in Industrial Intelligence, Project management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Flow Modeling, Simulation & Optimization, with a very solid knowledge in Operations Research, Probability application and Statistics.
Youssef has conducted several industrial and logistic optimization projects, either within a manufacturing facility, a warehouse or through a distribution network, which involved mostly the development of complex models and the usage of simulation tools. His willingness to challenge current practices, his attention to the details, sense of ethics and his practical knowledge allowed him to provide solid support for investment or improvement decision making.
Prior to joining CEL, Youssef has worked for SOGEFI Group in China as Group Supervisor, implementing projects in logistic operations improvement with focus on flow optimization, stock reduction, change over optimization and work flow standardization. With CEL, Youssef has worked with clients across building material, furniture, food & beverage, retail, appliance and garment.
