Duties & responsibilities:
* Pipes receiving inspection (bevel, coating, concrete, anodes) ;
* Fillers metals receiving inspection and storage inspection. ;
* Coating Material receiving inspection ;
* Welding inspection (according API 1104 code) ;
* Field joints coating inspection. ;
* Coordinates activities with others departments (Construction, HSE, Material ...) ;
* Management of Quality inspectors works, update the welding follow-up ;

Duties & responsibilities:
* Manage site QA/QC team (02 engineers & 04 inspectors) ;
* Manage & audit of shop QA/QC team (01 engineer & 01 inspector) ;
* Supervises, coordinates, schedules, assigns work, provides direction and motivates QA/QC ;
* Assuring the right quality according to codes and standards. ;
* Reviewing construction plan & Schedule to assign the critical path during construction phase and advice for related Quality tasks ;
* Monitor daily inspection works. ;
* Inspection reports results review & approval. ;
* NCR's and related corrective actions following up. ;
* Site visits & audits for quality, material storage. ;
* Review monitor and audit Welding works, NDE requirements, PWHT ... ;
* Internal Audits scheduling and monitoring. ;
* Acts as liaison between day to day operations, other departments and senior management. ;
* Client meeting (Weekly progress meeting & Quality meeting) witness and discussions.
