    * Analyzed the Iraqi electrical public distribution sector after the 2003 war by assessing the new electrical distribution and construction needs of the country ;
    * Developed strategy to win electrical US financed projects in Iraq through directly bidding to US funding agencies in a first phase and then becoming equipment supplier to Iraqi contractors when US agencies favored this path
