LPS (Leoni Productivity System) Manager: Lead and Coach all the project that contribute to the improvement of performance of the site. Implement a system to Reduce absenteeism, called AIP (Attendancy Improvement Process). Implement monthly and yearly remuneration system based on the performances of the employees. Implement TPM.

Lean Manufacturing Engineer: implement the productions lines in U CELL. Implement a productions line that performs to the Takt time. Reduce the manufacturing: cycle time, WIP, Staff. Improve Efficiency. Improve visual management.

Junior Consultant: solid experience on working directly with the customer to organise its purchasing procedures of raw materials. Optimise the physical and informational flow between the purchase agent and the suppliers.
