10 years relevant work experience in handling Payroll & Benefits Administration, including knowledge of global payroll vendors/systems, Social Security, tax matters (hypo tax, withholding, filing tax, etc) and shadow payroll for expatriates or assignees.
Essential skills :
- Full knowledge of French Payroll and related legislation
- Employee Administration
- Experienced expatriate tax / employment tax
- Strong knowledge in obligation for Inbound and outbound expats
- Team player, ability to integrate with new team quickly
- Good communicator and ability to build strong vendor and Tax advisor relationships
- Ability to identify areas of risk, solve problems creatively and pragmatically
