  December 2013, I have joined QMIC to lead the IT and the oprations team, working with the head of department. I am leading a team committed to providing highly reliable support to end user, and to providing servers maintenance including hardware and software update/upgrade. We are monitoring hundred of servers and network components along services such as JBoss and databases (MySQL, postgres, MS SQL …).
  

• Sagemcom Software & Technologies - Head of IT Infrastructure Team

  2009 - 2013 December 2009, I have joined Sagemcom Software and Technologies (http://www.sagemcom.com) in Tunis, Tunisia,to lead the information system infrastructure team in the development and implementation of the services in one of the company's world wide site, allied with the responsibility for the delivery of a high quality suuport service to all local departments. Working with the head of department to review and update the strategy and programme of the IT infrastructure and technology, including best pratice, strategic implication, overall system planning and integration, ressource requirements, training requirements, data protection and desaster recovery, business continuity ... we were supporting approximately 400 users through 600 pcs and laptops, and around 100 servers (Linux and Windows).

• MTS Libya - Support and Service delivery Team Leader

  2009 - 2009 April 2009, I have joined MTS Libya (http://www.mts-libya.com) in Tripoli, Libya as Support and Service delivery team leader to look after the IBM and Microsoft customers. My duties is to provide pre-sales and sales around IBM and Microsoft products and services. I am heading a team of 6 hardware and software engineers performing design, installation and implementation of IBM and Microsoft solutions.
  

• Opennet MEA - Support & delivery Team Leader

  2004 - 2009 February 2004, I have joined Opennet MEA (http://www.opennet.ae) in Dubai, UAE as Support and Service delivery team leader to look after Red Hat customers.These customers were mainly research labs and companies with various services deployed like messaging, file sharing, database systems, security systems on many architectures running Linux and Windows.
