    Bezons 2016 - maintenant In charge of Group Risk Management overall reporting and processes, working globally with 12 GBU
    - Lead process and reporting simplification projects and initiatives
    - Close collaboration with Global Service Line representatives and Global business Unit Risk Managers to ensure synchronized and successful deployment of new process and any other initiatives
    - First level of escalation at Global level for any Risk management business process and tools issues
    - Responsible for preparing Top management reports
    - Manage analysis of contracts that requires attention from Senior Management and closely monitor action plans identified during contract performance reviews
    - In charge of organizing contract performance reviews both at Top Management and Senior Management level
    - Close coordination with Global IT for reporting tools maintenance and new reporting tools initiatives
    --> I learnt how to look at the overall picture of a contract, to measure a potential risk and a possible issue. I understood the importance of considering every domain related to a project: finance, HR, legal... I strongly developed a macro vision on business and projects, working with key stakeholders
  • Atos - Support Functions Financial Manager

    Bezons 2014 - 2016 Supervision and coordination of the GBU France support functions and infrastructure controlling, management of five financial controllers and one trainee
    (Total Costs: €138m / 1000 employees)
    In July 2014, Atos acquired Bull, which doubled its Indirect Costs in the GBU France
    - Setting up and optimization of management procedures
    - Supervision of the monthly closing, reliability of financial data
    - Organization and facilitation of the budget/forecast process
    - Report to the GBU France management board (preparation of the flash with pertinent comments, presentation of Indirect Costs results during monthly review)
    - Recruiting, interviewing and hiring new employees
    - Appraising the performance of employees, identifying staff training and development needs
    - Following Bull Integration, addition of 12 legal entities to the Support Functions perimeter, integration of two Bull employees to the team.
    -> I strongly reinforced my problem-solving, analytical, technical and IT abilities. I learned how to manage resources effectively, how to maintain an environment conducive to high performance within the team, in order to support employee and career development. I learned how to provide the best recommendation to improve business efficiency according to GBU and Group requirements.
  • Atos Australia - Senior management controller

    2012 - 2014 Senior management controller / SAP System Migration Coordinator
    Atos Australia – (team of 4 accountants and controlllers)
    In December 2010 Atos acquired the IT Solutions and Services subsidiary of Siemens
    In July 2013, Atos acquired Window Logic, which doubled its revenue stream.
    My role for the 6 first months in 2012: SAP Nessie System Migration Coordinator
    - Analysis understanding of the financial department needs and requests,
    - Conduct of workshops,
    - Validation of the business blueprint,
    - Participation in user acceptance tests activities
    - Collection of data in the former SAP model, migration to the new SAP model,
    On a more general aspect
    - Providing specialist advice to the finance team in business analysis techniques and tools to support development of analysis processes,
    - Understanding core Atos financial processes, procedures and policies, proactive identification of issues and streamline opportunities with recommendations for improvement; aided with the harmonization of Atos Australia's procedures and policies to those of the group.

    From August 2012: Management Controller - Atos Australia
    - Undertaking controlling activities and SL reporting for Atos Australia SI
    - Budget / Forecast, from the revenue to the OM
    - Active participation in Finance Transformation Projects that aim to improve efficiency design, development and delivery of business solutions and applications
    - Key user and coordinator in new systems implementation
    - Project manager on a new Backlog report implemented in Australia, coordination between SAP and CRM system

    --> I acquired strong experiences in the conduct of an IT migration project. I gained a large understanding of SAP. I applied and developed my skills in terms of organization, communication and team work, information collection and synthesis. I learnt how to use my knowledge of data processing tools and procedures, implement follow up control, and used these skills in the Atos Australia subsidiary.
  • Atos Origin France - Management Controller

    Bezons 2008 - 2011 Business controller on Producer and Commercial Division
    Atos GBU France – (team of 50 controllers)
    - Preparation of the closing (intragroup invoicing, booking accruals, follow up of the expected revenue, follow up of the subcontractors, ...)
    - Construction of a detailed financial reporting for the three divisions (follow up of project margin, follow up of production balances, follow up of workforce balances, follow up of action plans, …)
    - Construction of Budget / Forecast (project margin, workforce, detail of the costs, Capex, …)
    - Calculation and follow up of the working units (work in collaboration with the division manager), analysis of the price and quantity effects
    - Follow up of the investment (Business Plan elaboration)
    - Follow up of projects, risk and opportunities
    - Participation to pre-sales cases

    --> I greatly improved my financial management skills. I was entirely independent, I took strategic decision, most of the time in collaboration with the operational manager (for instance in the closing procedures or in forecast exercises). I learnt a lot facing people’s resistance to communicate information. I gained business maturity.
