    Local Project manager: follow up and organisation of manufacturing, assembly, tests, launching, commissioning of Tunnel Boring Machines in China, which represents about 10 machines, 100 millions Euros per year in partnership with the Chinese company Northern Heavy Industry based in Shenyang. Set up of local logistic (more than 100 containers from Europe per year) and local purchasing (more than 3 million Euros per year).

    Lyon 2004 - 2006 Creation of the after sales service department for NFM Technologies in China. Preparation and supervision of maintenance operations in China, Vietnam (Tunnel Boring Machines) and Taiwan (Air Force Army human centrifuge). Emergency operations on jobsites.
