I'm also responsible for the development of "users stories", which, in an agile approach allow describing business requirements and customer journey.

    1998 - 2000 Consultant for :
    - Société Générale, for coordination of year 2000 PBX compatibility in all their agencies.
    - Société Générale, for the changeover for 17 head office Alcatel PBXs as the interface between project team and other stakeholders such as end user, operations, support, and switchboard.
    - Bellini, for managing RFP on PBX maintenance agreements and advising on a service provider choice.

    Performance of quality measurements for SFR and Itinéris GSM networks, using cartographic software and an audit system in order to identify areas lacking coverage.
