The role includes the following tasks:
• Supporting our Brussels, Wallonia’s, French and International projects to achieve a perfect implementation of the Integrated management system (Quality part) by:
o assisting the project team at the start-up of new projects,
o promoting and follow-up of the implementation and application of our internal and external (client, suppliers and subcontractors) quality standards and procedures during the execution of the project,
o performing quality audits at our suppliers in collaboration with the project team,
o assisting the project manager to organize end of project meeting and report,
• Performing internal cross quality audits within BESIX Group according to our internal audit program.
• Promote the use of quality management tools, such as IMS and TKM;
• Reporting and analysis of the performance indicators for your projects and this according to our Integrated Management System.
• Assisting the Quality manager in the promotion and the continuous improvement of our Integrated Management System.
• Supporting our Prequalification and Tender department by analyzing and developing tender documents.
• Training of our project teams in the implementation of the Integrated Management System and specific quality trainings.
• Reporting experience (good and bad) from projects by gathering necessary information and defining most appropriate distribution.
The role is based in Brussels but requires regular international travels (± max. 1 week/travel).
