o Direct reporting (T,C,Q, EVM) to LATELEC headquarter steering committee
o Financial focal point and enabler via VBA tools for BU financial : data alignment resources vs workload
and visibly of hiring forecast
* Installation Program Manager : A350 -1000 Fly Test - Wings WP at FAL
* Additional Fly Test Wings WP program linked to FTI -1000 program here-after mentioned (3 MSNs)
o Challenging FAL planning to respect First Flight date
* Program Manager for French Army WP: Atlantic installation to upgrade cockpit equipment to fly on civil
corridors
* 6 aircrafts to manage with mechanical & electrical complex interferences into challenged planning
(under penalties)
* To manage mechanical sub-contractor
* To deal with specific Army constraints and culture
