I started my professional career as business analyst in the financial industry sector. Since 2008, I have built up comprehensive international recruitment experience having relocated and been based across both Europe (UK, Belgium, Italy, France) and South America (Colombia).

I have worked with clients throughout Europe on a freelance basis, helping build and shape talent acquisition teams and implement best practice processes. I have worked across various industries, including: Banking, Retail, Pharmaceutical and FMCG.

    Working with various clients, my primary responsibilities include;

    - head of talent acquisition
    - working onsite with HR Business partners and senior Recruitment Managers to help create/ define talent acquisition strategies and to support for activities outside of the outsource remit and strategic objectives

    2008 - 2012 Working in the SAP/ ERP Technology market, I was responsible for:

    - developing new strategic business relationships
    - end to end management of recruitment lifecycle
    - account management and directorship of strategic alliances
    - sourcing of candidates through headhunting and assessment
    - recruitment and training of new colleagues
    - joint marketing initiatives with client
    - onsite recruitment for clients
    - headhunting and recruitment training for junior/ medior level recruitment consultants

    Paris 2004 - 2008 I worked for Vertex Data Science as a business analyst on the following clients:

    Bear Stearns - New York-based global investment bank
    Commerzbank - German based global banking and financial services company
    Lehman Brothers - US Global financial services firm
    Wilmington Trust - Premier wealth advisory firm

    Main role:
    I was involved with the implementations of new servicing contracts. Deals ranged up to £15m, and my role was working closely with the clients, understanding their needs and helping to translate them into business processes.

    Additionally, I worked on the following areas:

    - The implementation and deployment of financial servicing systems
    - Upgrades of new systems, reporting and operational. This included working on existing financial systems to bring them in line with new Government requirements from the FSA.
    - Automation projects to automate all manual administration tasks. Responsible for business processes and testing
    - Business process re-engineering in line with new/updated financial systems
    - I was involved in the hiring process for new staff
