Part of the CPL on-site HR team in IBM Customer Service Centre, managing ca. 400 employees.
Recruited as an HR Administrator in February 2005 I moved up to HR Contract Coordinator in June 2005 to finally become Senior HR Contract Coordinator in December 2005. I was also covering for my manager working part-time and was the first point of contact for the on-site HR Team (5 members altogether).
Responsible for New Hires induction programmes, performance, disciplinary & grievance policies implementation, payroll processes, training of new members of the HR team, reporting (leavers & new hires feedback, attrition, annual survey, monthly stats reports, etc). I actively participated to the development of a new HR database and had daily interaction with staff and management.
