The skill I have proven is certainly leading complex programs to their goals.
It means implementing the right set of targets according to the customer's request balanced by my company's objectives, getting the better from my team, planning and then adapting the plan to the reality.
My way of reaching success goes through the optimization of my team's efficiency. Adequate objectives, priority settings, motivation and added value management is the key.
