  • Beckman Coulter Eurocenter - Network Analyst

    2010 - maintenant I recently joined the Network team for EMEAI region.
    I am in charge of providing support to local IT teams in different sites all over EMEAI region, but overall, in charge of the WAN on this part of the world with MPLS technology and VPN over the public Internet.
    I also work on implementing, maintaining some monitoring tools for worldwide equipments.

    The network equipments' manufacturers I am working on are Cisco, Nortel, and Juniper, and monitoring tools are the two free tools MRTG and Smokeping, and Orion.

  • Telecom Systems SA - Network engineer

    2008 - 2009 As a network engineer, I joined Firmenich SA as a consultant to complete network administration tasks on datacenter and LAN networks of the company.
    This company got the most recent technologies, as from an hardware point of vue as used network protocols.
    I quickly got from Layer-1 and Layer-2 tasks (switches interfaces configuration, VLAN...) to higher level ones, such as routing, datacenter security (Check-Point firewalls, Cisco ASA, PIX).
    This quick evolution exactly corresponded to what I expected, giving me an opportunity to reach my goal: become an network administrator with good skills in Layer-2 and Layer-3 protocols, but also having security competencies.
    I took benefit from this professional activity to quickly pass my CCNA certification.

  • Orange Business Services - Silicomp France - Lyon - Engineer in computer science

    2006 - 2008 My first project in this company was for a very short period, and consisted in embedded application implementation for eTrain. It was for Alstom Transports company. I also participated in reorganising source code written in HTML and VBScript.

    My second project was for a much longer period (one year, from january 2007 to january 2008), during which I was in charge of computer deployment for LACS projects, the LHC Access Control Systems for CERN particules accelerator. I was responsible for deployment, configuration and administration of computer devices.

    Then my last project in this compny was to be responsible for writing, validating and superving execution of validation plans for industrial products.

  • Agil Informatique - Student

    2006 - 2006 During this internship that last five monthes, I studied and implemented the application migration between MFC applications and .NET 2.0 ones.
    I also took part in writing light applications using ASP.NET, PHP5 extensions interfaced with existing C++ source code.

  • CERN - Student

    Geneva 23 2005 - 2005 Student in computer science at this time. I implemented a graphical control, configuration and supervision system for embedded devices on experimental equipements (LHCb experiment).
