During my different experiences, I dealt with HR projects, international mobility, talent management, recruitment, training, social relations and communication. I have acquired a solid experience and a certain maturity to lead projects. I am someone you can rely on and really enjoy working in teams but I can easily work alone and assume responsibilities. I am calm, thoughtful but can rise to the occasion and be daring if the situation requires it. I am a discrete, methodical and organized person; qualities which are the most expected when working in a Human Resources department.

     Initiate files/mobility process: work with Compagnie de Saint-Gobain on U-calculation and cost estimate, review expatriation contracts and prepare local offer letters
     Contact employees to assist them and their families in their mobility
     Work closely with vendors: relocation, immigration, tax, moving companies, training etc.

     Update guides for VIEs.
     Run monthly invoices from Ubifrance
