• In charge of the civilian Advanced Projects Management.
• Ensuring the daily application of processes and procedure such as project, schedule, risk, resource plan, needs and planning definition. Supporting the Project Leaders in their accountability to achieve time, cost, and performances objectives.
• Responsible for the solid rocket motors sizing and design to elaborate technical specifications to sub-contractors and to validate sub-contractors’ results and calculations.
• Organizing and animating trans-national meetings in the frame of the civilian Advanced Projects.
• Responsible for communicating the projects’ objectives to the sub-contractors in order to ensure appropriate awareness by all involved.
• Responsible for the writing of technical proposals and work packages for future projects (cost estimation, planning and work activities definition).
• Participated in technical studies such as pre-flight, post-flight and ground test analysis of solid rocket motors implemented on launchers.

• Created and implemented a database platform based on VBA language that reorganized the technical notes storage within the Pyrotechnics Systems Department.
• Developed an Ariane5 Pyrotechnics Systems model with CATIA (a Computer-Aided Design software) to participate in the computerized Ariane5 model creation.
• Presented results to all Pyrotechnics Systems Department engineers.
