Antin Infrastructure Partners is an infrastructure investment fund sponsored by BNP Paribas, which is mainly focused on Continental Europe, specifically in the Euro-zone.
During this internship, I was part of the investment team.
I directly reported to associates, VPs and Partners.
My main missions were:
- Review of financial model (Balance Sheet, P&L Statement, Cash Flow Statement)
- Analysis of due-diligence reports
- Company Valuation (DCF, multiples – sensitivities)
- Preparation of presentation (company, market) for the Investment Committee
I also set up an Investor's database.
