    • In charge of the reporting of detention / protection related issues, providing regular inputs for the Weekly Operational Report, writing minutes following meetings with interlocutors and other ICRC documents as requested.

  • International Medical Corps - Field Site coordinator in Haiti - March/Sept 2010

    2010 - 2010 In charge of opening/running an operational site (2 expatriates, 20 employees) and ensuring the continuity of operations in Port au Prince (2 expatriates, 70 employees) after Jan 2010 earthquake:
    • Responsible for recruiting, training and managing the teams,
    • Coordination with stakeholders (through clusters and bilateral meeting), donors, local authorities,
    • Restructuring of international/national teams to ensure a transition to post emergency response,
    • Adapting programs according to needs in a changing context,
    • Following up activities according to framework, respect of indicators, budgets, timeline,
    • Ensuring that programs receive adequate logistics and administrative support,
    • Participating to IMC strategy and developing programs.
  • Croix Rouge Française (CRF) - Program Coordinator in Haiti

    2009 - 2009 • Coordination of two Heads of Projects: follow up, support and facilitate ongoing programs through regular visits in the field,
    • In charge of respecting deadlines as well as logistics and budget follow up,
    • Operational follow up with institutional donors through regular contacts and reporting,
    • In charge of prospecting new donors,
    • Operational contacts with local authorities and the various partners acting in the CRF’s area of intervention,
    • Participation to coordination meetings to share information with other organisations present in the country,
    • Exploratory missions and writing/evaluation of new programs in adequacy with the needs,

    Responsible for the financial management of 4 missions: Cambodia, Laos, Burma, Burundi
    Responsible of the financial strategy, its follow up and adaptation to the context,
    Control and validation of budgetary and accounting aspects, reporting to donors, means optimisation,
    Train and support expatriate finance managers,
    Follow up, training and support of Laos mission in the field,
    Financial interlocutor for the desk in charge of geographical and technical aspects of the programs.

    May - June 2007 (2 months)- Support/audit in Burundi
    Responsible for audits and financial reports to institutional donors,
    Audit on finance process, restructuration of the teams, recommendations to the mission and HQ,
    Evaluation of the adequacy between the strategy and the means of the mission,
    Training to local and international employees in the field.

    Sept 06 - April 07 (7 months)- Finance Coordinator in Indonesia
    Responsible for the finance of the mission, 15 expatriates and 250 national staff,
    Responsible for the financial planning of the organisation and the follow-up of the changes linked to the volume of activities (opening and closing of programs and operational bases) or to the context (crisis management), optimisation of allocated means,
    Work in the field to recruit, train and coordinate local and expatriate teams,
    Set-up of a nationalisation plan for key positions.

    Feb 05-May 06 (16 months)- Finance / Human Resources Coordinator in Liberia
    Responsible for the finance of the mission, 20 expatriates and 300 national staff,
    Responsible for the financial planning of the organisation and the follow-up of the changes linked to the increase of activities (opening of programs and operational bases), optimisation of allocated means
    Responsible of the human resources management and policy,
    Implementation and follow up of the national Human Resources policy,
    Conception of internal HR documents,
    Work in the field to recruit, coordinate and train local and expatriate teams,
    Definition of the financial strategy of intervention.

    Nov 04-Feb 05 (3 months)- Support/audit/training in Cambodia
    Auditing and adapting ACF internal regulation, process and tools linked to Finance, Human Resources and Logistics,
    Training of the teams in the field.

    July-Dec 2003 (6 months)- Project manager in Cambodia - CONFIREL, fair trade company
    Setting up a research work including Cambodia’s macro and micro economic context and the socio economic impact of the company’s activity: improve the level of rural life by developing family business on products derived from sugar palm trees.
