    Colombes 2006 - 2006 Main Event Organizer for Partner Community Events throughout EMEA. The Product Communities are MDM, Exadata & Manageability, CRM On Demand, Fusion Middleware, IDM & Security, BI & EPM. Job function begins from the early planning stages of location research, demand generation, budget co-ordination, communication management between main stakeholders, content creation, infrastructure deployment, on site project management & monitoring to post event evaluation, communication and follow-up

    Support local country events executed by local marketing teams by providing pre-packaged and adopted kits, templates, processes, tools, messaging and content in line with corporate-wide strategy, and also to secure alignment, consistency and compliance with corporate guidelines and increase cost efficiency. This includes guidance to the regional teams, as well as, monitoring and tracking of success, sharing best practices and reporting.

    Manage the OPN EMEA Budget and align it with the Corporate Budget guidelines.

    2001 - 2005 LCL is a pharmaceutical company which exported 2 skin care product brands to over 50 world-wide distributors and sold locally within the countries to Spas, Beauty Salons, Hotels & Pharmacies. I had a wide range of responsibilities in my job role which included prospection, market sales studies, business contractual negotiations with distributors, Export Sales administration, co-ordination of our international trainers schedules + travel. I also participated in the recruitment process along with HR for available international job positions within the company.
