- Junior Event Project Manager
2014 - maintenantOrganizing worldwide geo-political event which gathered Governments, International Organizations, members of parliament and businesses from around the world.
Around 600 participants per event - 4 to 6 event per year
Before the event :
- writing personal invitation to each participant whose function is keeping with the conference topic
- looking for new participants : google research, newspapers, etc.
- write special letter to keynote speakers and panelist
- manage logistical aspect of the forum's venue
- follow-up confirmed participants (flight details, hotel, visa procedure, questions)
During the event :
- attendance on the forum's venue
- set-up all aspects to welcome participants
- be in touch with the forum's venue staff, check conference room set-up / coffee break / lunch & diner room
- on site to welcome participants, in charge of official delegation (President, Ministers, etc.)
After the event :
- write "thank you" letter
- create presentation leaflet with all most important personalities who attended the forum
