· Responsible for handling enquiries and obtaining quotes within the given time, and completing the procurement process which includes purchase orders.
· Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
· Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
· Liaising with suppliers and other staff.
· Responsible for the communication with the clients, and the coordination between the general manager and the other departments in the company
· Coordinating with customer service for status on orders from manufacturers in ensuring the delivery commitment to clients is met.
· Cooperating with Department Manager to determine strategic approaches for sales.
· Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization.
· Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to initiate sales process.
