•Client meetings to define the job specifications and to build long-term and optimal relationships;
•Maintain and develop the client portfolio: cold calling, spontaneous applications, prospection, networking
•Search and evaluation of suitable candidates on jobsites, social media & through networking;
•Screening of CV’s and applications, conducting phone and face-to-face interviews, taking references with former employers;
