* Animation de l'interface Client (AIRBUS), en assurant une vision transverse et partagée (dans la mise à disposition des Pièces Elémentaires et dans la gestion des priorités. ;
* Mis en place des actions de convergence Planning ;
* Aide à la mise en place des indicateurs du plateau développement par rapport aux scopes des interfaces clients : donner de la visibilité au Responsable plateau Développement Aérolia, au responsable industriel A 350 et au responsable Programme. ;
* Communication et reporting vers les clients : Animation de réunions avec les clients, collaboration sur Airsupply et échange de fichiers des manquants de la production. ;

Our partnership was a professional project requested by my school. We were three to do this job.
Our job was to conduct a feasibility study: a study of various options for a transport to Algeria in the field of pharmaceuticals.
We analyzed the potential of the Algerian market, the accessibility to the market under the commercial regulations and angles, and finally to organizing a logical strategy.
