When i interview a candidate, I will always ask him why is he in front of me. He will usually look at me surprise and will remind me of the job description. I will tell him no, that the main reason is to have fun, but only if he can first achieve two major rolls : being perfect in his job and a great sales person. That my business is a Business and if he is able to respect his salary and understand my goals, then he really has a place in my company.
