  Part of the Program Support Offfice, it consists in coordinating a team and the reliability monitoring & improvement actions towards customers, suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders (S&S, Business, Design Office, Procurement...).

• Airbus - LAH/LCH & KHP AFCS Work Package Manager

  Blagnac 2015 - 2018 In charge of managing the Autopilot Systems (AFCS) contract fulfilment (development, qualification and serial support) for KHP (Korean Helicopter Program) and LCH/LAH (Light Civil Helicopter / Light Armed Helicopter) programs, the main activities consist in leading a team, managing contracts, ensuring suppliers follow-up and being Focal Point within the company for Dauphin & Korea AFCS.
  Also acting as AFCS representative towards our South Korean customer (KAI) and On-Site Support for technical assistants located in South Korea.
