I'm the project manager for the construction of a new cosmetic factory in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. (36,000 square foot).
I had to follow all the steps from the building construction the the launching of the production. This process took 10 months.
I was in charge of various activities:
- Coordination with the general constructor regarding, mechanical, plumbing, electrical issues.
- Coordination with Detroit and Las Vegas entities prior to their moving.
- Coordination with France on budget, plannification and activities resume.
- Follow up on validation, certification regarding FDA and cGMP's rules.
- Purchase of all equipment needed for the new building.
- Writing of statement of work for different equipment (purified water UPS quality, pallet racking, alarm for the building security, process equipment (boiler, chiller, compressor).
