  • Asymptote Management de Projet - Project Manager Engineer

    2012 - 2012 Asymptote Management de Projet is a consultancy company of 150 people specialized in global project management.

    I was able to:
    - Plan the shutdown for the factory of "Arkema Fos Sur Mer"
    - Build the master plan: 6000 tasks, 2000 people working in 1.5 months
    - Deal with stakeholders and suppliers for co-activity zones, reviewing plannings, etc...
    - Make the following during the shutdown
    - Go on the field in order to identify specific equipments
  • La Française de Mécanique (FM) - PSA - Production Engineer

    2010 - 2011 I've been working through the machining laboratory of ENSAM Cluny for "La Française de Mécanique", subsidaries of PSA and Renault, specialized in developing and industrial engines for various vehicules.

    The issue was about the machinability of valve supports for EP6 motors for PSA:
    - Kick off meeting with all the team related to machining
    - Coordination of the project (planning, discussion with the suppliers and PSA, meetings)
    - Studies on tools, machining programs, materials (CATIA, Metrology, Spectrophotometer,...)
    - Tests campaign
    - Final presentation of my results to several departments at PSA
