  2012 - maintenant Responsible for the newly created «Business Unit» (25 M EUR budget) managing the
  global supply chain & logistics operations to deliver 42 countries from 4 plants and 28
  suppliers via 1 central warehouse.
  
  Since January 2015 : Supply Chain Manager – 3d Party Operations :
  Scope extended to the new supply chain management of the 28 Third Party
  Manufacturing suppliers of the Division : Supply Planning and Activity Management.
  
  * Direct responsibility to ensure reliable daily operations
  - Deployment of stock, Transport, Customer Service, Quality, Procurement.
  - Management with a 3PL supplier of our dedicated warehouse (30.000 m2, 150 FTE)
  - 6 000 orders & 250 shipments per week, pallet & parcel.
  - Ensuring best-in-class Service, Quality and Costs.
  
  * Implementation of Danone Fundamentals programs (internal control, safety, risk).
  * Cost plan to save yearly 5 to 9 % : synergies, transversal projects, negociations.
  * Recruitment and management of an international team of 25 persons.
  * Leading the « Metabolics Task Force » : multi-functional business project to review
  end-to-end and improve one product category (additional mission in 2014).
  * Leading the "Write Off Task Force" for the Division : end to end optimization project to analyse and reduce "write off" by 50%.

  --> I had the great opportunity to create, stabilize and develop a new Business Unit.
  

• Danone Group - Waters Division - Global Category Sourcing Manager (Procurement)

  2009 - 2012 Budget of 380 M EUR, on 6 pack categories (bottles, caps, labels, corrugated, etc), for
  80+ factories in 11 countries (Indonesia, Mexico, France, China, etc).
  
  - WW strategies implementation in close collaboration with R&D (eg develop suppliers
  to open plants in new countries, exit monopolies, standard specifications ).
  - Productivity pipe : WW negociations, reformulations (eg total pallet optimisation)
  - Best practices : «make or buy» on bottles, innovative partnership with one WW
  supplier, regional organisations, intellectual property rules.
  - Direct team of 5 senior managers, including 3 in other countries and 1 R&D
  .
  --> I implemented international strategies and led transversal project teams.

• KRAFT Foods - Category Sourcing Buyer (Europe) - Packaging

  2007 - 2008 Budget of 75 M€ on 2 packaging categories : responsible for European sourcing strategy (18 plants on 9 countries), commodity risk management and budget forecasts, suppliers development, leadership on transversal projects (including innovation), coordination of local buyers.

• DANONE - LU France - Logistic buyer

  Paris 2004 - 2006 Budget of 40 M€ : mid term deal negociations with key partners, management of tenders, daily business management (cost, service and quality) with an assistant staff of 2.
