    Colombes 2010 - maintenant World leader in food aseptic packaging - €11 billion turnover / 23,000 employees

    In charge of selling integrated packaging solutions (machines + packaging) to major French and International players in the food liquid industry. Generated turnover of €40 million.
    • Managed clients through cross-functional team leadership (Key Account Team): sales, technical, marketing, supply chain, financials aspects
    • Served as key client contact for industrial projects and negotiating packaging volumes
    • Tasked with building and setting up a long-term strategic partnership with clients
  • COLDPACK - Market leader

    2008 - 2010 French start-up which manufactures and sells a new multi-layer insulating and inflatable film (Airliner®). Joint development with DuPont de Nemours.

    Leader for food sector: 2009 turnover = €800,000 / x2 vs 2008
    • Tasked with defining and developing the product range in collaboration with the marketing department
    • Implemented a sales policy, increased turnover and margin, managed major accounts
    • Managed a team focused on prospection, leads and client follow-up

    Chrono Temp product manager – a three-prong offer of express delivery for fresh products - launched in early 2009:
    • Responsible for defining and creating the offer (working closely alongside our partners Air Liquide and Chronopost)
    • Tasked with co-managing pricing, legal, technical and marketing/communication aspects
    • Responsible for sales development in coordination with Air Liquide and Chronopost
  • ALCAN - Sales Manager

    Montréal 2003 - 2008 Sales manager for French “culinary products” food market (2006 – 2008):
    • Head of a 2-person sales team responsible for a portfolio generating €15 million in turnover
    • Involved in developing the European strategy and structuring the French sales policy (focussed on EBIT, manufacturing strategy, product/plant specialisation)
    • Tasked with Key Account Management (Nestlé, Unilever) and sales development linked with European plants

    Area sales representative for high-tech flexible packaging (2003 – 2005)
    • In charge of a 15-client portfolio (turnover of €1.2 million) specialised in the food and medical sectors
    • Tasked with leading long-term client projects, coordinating internal teams: R&D, pricing, production, supply chain
    • Tasked with developing and diversifying the portfolio: 10 new clients / 2005 turnover = €2.2 million
