- Relocation of the bucking unit.
- Replacement of the actual lathes by 2 revamped lathes from Vallourec France and implementation of new handling equipments on the line.
- Installation of the Drilling phosphate.
In order to help the growth and sucess of his plant and to be the link between Vallourec France and Vallourec Nigeria.
Main Responsabilities :
1. Coordinate the Technical needs for the projects.
2. Manage the planning and budget.
3. Create the requirement and propose the quotation to the purchasing department.
4. Follow the contract and validate the milestones.
5. Coordinate the modifications activities locally and the lathe revamping operation in Europe.
6. Organize the training for workers and maintenance.
7. Write the procedures and documents for maintenance and production.
8. Participate to the reception.
9. Follow the ramp up and target achievement.
