I ve worked in HRIS for about 10 years.
My strenghts are to well know Talent Management processes, to be an agile specialist, to love product management, and to be convinced about what I do.
I've started as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a recruitment agency where I discovered the HRIS as a project manager for the implementation of quarksUp recruiting solution. It was really existing for me to be involved in my first HRIS project.
After an experience at St Gobain as an HR Manager I decided to work full time in HRIS.
I started this new career at quarksUp. It was an excellent company to learn: a small company where I was mainly Product Manager on all Talent Management module during 8 years but also HRIS Consultant, Project Manager, Pre Sales Consultant, Customer care manager.
At quarksUp I discovered product management, agile mode, I learned about technical and UX/UI competencies.
At Talentsoft, since the beginning of 2016, I discovered a new way of working : with more innovation like co design with internal services and customers. As Head of Product, I was responsible for product strategy, roadmap, product manager management and product vision evangelization.
Today as Program Director I'm responsible for the strategy, the management and the delivery of 4 products : TMS, LMS, LCMS and SkillCatch our mobile app.
