Gained valuable experience in developing a new branch of an integrated Business Intelligence suite, dealing with four Oracle softwares : from our data source, the ERP ‘JD Edwards’ to the final activity reports.

Meudon2006 - 2008I joined the Service Delivery Manager’s team in the IT Support and Operations Department of third largest mobile phone company in France (10 million of customers).
I was in charge of the statistics data management of up to 100 mobile phone services reporting to managers and head of departments within the company. For example, this included statistics of SMS/MMS service availability, mobile web page visited and answering machine use.
Tasks Undertaken
• Development and upgrade of statistics reports on a web platform
• Provide new sources of data with a home-made ETL, dealing with IT support servers
• Maintain of all the extraction systems
• Supervise and commission work to IT contractual workers

I worked on many Microsoft Access databases with Visual Basic forms.
