  • Diageo - In – Market HR Administrator – first point Africa

    Paris 2014 - maintenant •Role model the HR Model and "push" HR queries to the appropriate channels.
    •Provide training and occasional support to employees and line managers on the new HR systems processes and embeds the new roles and responsibilities.
    •Resolve any complex, market specific queries referred to them that require either detailed market knowledge or a face to face intervention.
    •Ensure that all documentation for new hires has been satisfactorily completed and captured.
    •Ensure that all new hires have been enrolled in the appropriate benefit programmes.
    •Reporting - maintain contact with local vendors / government agencies to receive and administer reports or statutory documentation.
    •Employee file Management - own the creation of and on-going maintenance of locally held hard copy employee files and maintenance of soft copy files in the document management system.
    •Payroll (where appropriate) - provide Workday reports to Payroll and coordinate non Workday payroll data.
    •Market HR Reporting - Runs market or business unit reports from Workday (Eg Headcount, Absence) and provides to HRBP / HRD for business performance meetings.
    •Exits: Local or face to face support to Line managers or HRBPs for Exit processes (e.g. collection of equipment etc.)

    •Work seamlessly with the first point Africa SSC to ensure consistency of service to HR, Employees and Line managers.
    •Embed continuous improvement as the way we do things - personally championing and role modelling innovation and simplification ideas, and encouraging and demanding them from others.
    •Provide proactive input and advice to support the business in ad-hoc projects including the implementation of organisational restructures and other annual projects.
    •Partner skilfully with Reward, Payroll and IA to ensure a great end to end HR experience for customers.
  • Diageo - Resourcing Coordinator

     Ensure the launch of the resourcing process as per the resourcing calendar
     Follow from an end to end the process by giving the appropriate admin support to the various parties to the process
     Liaise with universities to ensure to have a strong pool of young graduates

    2. Selection
     Administrate the initial level cvs’ screening
     Schedule interviews for candidates and responsible for all electronic communication with them on an ongoing basis
     Assist with local/on-site coordination of resourcing activities or logistics
     Manages all travel/logistics for candidate interviews and expenses re-imbursement (as appropriate to local policies)

    3. Resourcing Administration:
     Manage communications with all the parties around the Resourcing process – scheduling kick-off meetings, interviews, and debrief meeting.
     Open and manage requisitions in Brassring and manages the end to end administrative process for the activity
     Manage and maintain candidate status on Brassring throughout the process
     Close the requisition on Brassring and completes the New Hire form in Brassring to trigger offer letter and on boarding process
     Analyze metrics, report emerging trends and produces and supplies statistical information on request and as standard reports
     Provide other recruitment (interns & mid and long term contractors) related administration
     Champion the compliance agenda; identifiy and implement improvements

    Geneva 2011 - 2012 As a work experience HR Associate, i was the first two month under the IR/IR division, sitting in for one people on vacation. In this, i had to work on managing Hr administration, relations with National Social insurance and delegation of employment. Since six months now, i am working on having more experience, but in talent management, recruitment, Appraisal, trainings, and globally, HR Development.
    I am opened for any position that can make me grow and learn more. An efficient Reward and talent management; this is the part of HR that i would like to improve as knowledge and skills.
