1998 - 1998I completed a six month placement as a ‘Logistic Export Manager Assistant’. I was responsible for the control of the plant ordering process, the customs and legal work, the containers shipping and the invoicing processes for the African subsidiaries. Moreover, I undertook the renewal of the ‘Logistic Export’ department AFAQ quality procedures.
1997 - 1998As part of the Quality department, I documented the company’s business processes to achieve the completion of the ISO 9000 and BS 7799 standards. I was strongly involved in the improvement of the company’s corporate image: conception of various surveys (company and customer orientation) and organisation of Forum/Meetings to feed the information collected back to the appropriate departments.
