2011 - maintenantLead & support the insights agenda for Lipton Ice Tea in the region to accelerate category growth in key markets. Identify knowledge gaps and create/execute learning agenda that guide/inform strategic priorities.
Lead the Insights sections/input of the Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan in WE:
Support the WE regional team in identification and development of business priorities, providing insights and perspectives in the development of business strategy.
Lead co-ordination of continuous & ad hoc research activities and enable the implementation of SC Global scorecards.
Identify emerging needs and potential high value opportunities and platforms innovation.
Expertly interpret/synthesize results from multiple sources an deliver actionable recommendations.
Provision of monthly business updates on share development, category dynamics and competitive insights.
Lead delivery of monthly business performance indicators.
Work closely with region and global insights to
Develop integration of Lipton brand in PI regional/ global lnsights programs.
Align regional workplan with global PLI/PI learnings insights agenda.
Ensure transfer of best practice with local customization when appropriate.
