I started a successful career in the healthcare industry by joining sanofi-aventis where I spent 13 years in strategic and operational roles in Marketing and Management in Paris, Hong Kong, and Thailand. While in Hong Kong I delivered growth in a declining pharmaceutical market and guided the organization through a major healthcare and economic crisis (The SARS). That success led to a promotion as head of a Strategic Franchise for the company. I was highly involved as VP Marketing in the merger between Sanofi and Aventis in France by leading mutliple task forces around Marketing, Strategy & Sales Forces organization.
To nurture my entrepreneurial spirit, I launched what became a profitable professional services consulting business in 2006 that I continues to grow today. In December 2010, I was hired as President & COO for BroadReach Healthcare to drive growth, global operations and spearhead design of a new hybrid business model that will position the healthcare provider as a leader in selected specialties across emerging markets within 5 years.
Throughout my career I have built strategic alliance with C-level executives in both nonprofit and for-profit organizations and championed initiatives through multicultural teams in France, Africa, Europe, Asia, and the U.S.
