Chef de Projet et Consultant Senior SAP avec 20 ans d'expérience en logistique et les modules de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (achats, logistique et production – SRM, MM, WM, PP, EDI ...), j'ai participé à plus d'une douzaine d’implémentations de projets complets allant de la phase de cadrage et la conception générale jusqu'aux phases de Go Live et support post GL.

Mes compétences étendues sur la solution SAP (expertise transverse en logistique) combinée à une connaissance approfondie des processus métiers (nombreuses missions du coté business (MOA)), ont été acquises au fil des années dans divers secteurs industriels et de services, principalement dans les domaines de l’automobile, de la grande distribution, de l’industrie des composants électroniques, de la pharmacie, de la chimie et du pétrole.

J'ai participé au cours des 7 dernières années dans l'un des plus grand programme mondial de SAP (Source Editor) en mettant en place un «Core Model Mondial» et son déploiement dans différentes usines et centres de distribution à travers le monde (130 pays).
Dans un premier temps en charge du domaine achat et approvisionnement concernant la mise en place et le déploiement d’une solution «Core System» puis en charge du référentiel fournisseur dans le cadre du développement d’une gestion centralisée transverse des données maitres (MDM).

    2010 - maintenant Project Manager and Senior SAP Consultant with 20 years experience on Logistics and Supply Chain modules (purchasing and logistics – SRM, MM, WM, EDI ...), I participated in more than a dozen full implementation projects ranging from the scoping phase and overall design up to the Go Live and support Phases.

    My extensive skills on the Solution (SAP Expert on logistic modules) combined to a profound knowledge of business processes (Multiple Missions in the business side "AMOA"), was acquired over the years in various industrial and service sectors, mainly in the fields of Energy Engineering and Automation Industry, Retail, Automotive, Chemical, Oil & Gaz.

    I have been involved the past 7 years in one of the largest global SAP program (Editor Source) by setting up a 'Global Core Model' and its deployment in different plants and distribution centers all over the world (130 countries)
    The four first years as Team leader for Source to Pay Area (Purchasing and Procurement) for “Core Model” design, build and deployment. The last three years, in charge of vendor referential for an internal master data management tools build and deployment.
