Within Air Liquide IT entity, BIS- EUROPE provides specifics business services toward Air Liquide’s European subsidiaries. I’m part of this department, on the Continuous improvement team.
My main objectives within this organization are:
- Implementation of reporting to monitor BIS-EU activities for European affiliates.
- Management of our partners’ service level agreements (SLAs) and monthly billing process.
- Delivery of ad hoc internals workshops to ensure the working methods standardization and the promotion of best practices (ITIL) .
My communication skills and my transverse knowledge on IT activities are currently my best assets to enhance the management of services within BIS-EU organization.
