    - Strategies: Build purchasing strategies for these segments, based on supplier base characteristics, market inputs, truck brands targets and wanted position.
    - Marketing/Sales: Develop specific programs together with truck brands suppliers to drive sales and profit up
    - Business/projects: Steer key sourcing, lead and coordinate negotiations worldwide, support purchasers
    - Supplier base management: Responsible for supplier relationship at the global and Executive level.

    - Direct manager of 14 people divided on 2 sites. 5 nationalities, 12 white collars & 2 blue collars.

    Mission
    - Business/projects: Support to purchasers (negotiation, sourcing, RFQ, methodology, processes…), management of capacity crisis and bankruptcies, member of steering committees (supplier choices…).
    - Team management: Setting and follow up of objectives, coaching, support, delegation. In charge of people recruitment and development, training plans.
    - Reporting/communication: Managing procurement spend and other key performance indicators.
    - Stakeholder relationship: Participation to complex negotiations for important decision making, collaboration and coordination with other line organizations.

    Results
    - Constant grip over all key performance indicators (-1,84% reduction on prices, 17 price agreements signed).
    - Establishment of a budget monitoring tool and of the connected processes.
    - 7 white collars and 1 blue collar hired in 2008.

    - Capacity crisis on « hub modules ». Limiting factor for the Group production. Similar issue for competitors. Major risk for loss of sales and market shares.

    Mission
    - Coordination of a team of 30 people (Volvo 3P + Accenture + supplier Volvo Cars).
    - Crisis communication: Project reporting to a Steering Committee of which General Management was part of.
    - Stakeholder relationship: Management of the complexity of the relationship AB Volvo/Volvo Cars.

    Results
    - No shortage in plant at AB Volvo (up to 3 weeks for some competitors).
    - Daily visibility and transparency provided to the organisation.

    - Temporary replacement of a senior buyer while keeping European position. Immediate adaptation needed.

    - Supplier base: Management of more than 40 suppliers.

    - Successful global project implementation (product/project/planning).

    - Unique or monopolistic suppliers on a complex supply chain.
    - Coordination of 20 suppliers / 6 buyers. Purchasing of the assembled module.

    - Operational purchasing: Sourcing, RFQ, negotiation, design to cost, cost workshops.
    - Communication: Capacity/delivery crisis, need for a regular and fact based communication.
    - Finance: Heavy investments to be launched.

    2002 - 2003 Context
    - Implementation of an e-procurement tool for the whole Group.

    Mission
    - Operational purchasing: Sourcing and RFQ for an electronic catalogue of industrial supplies (1,5 M€).
    - Implementation: ARIBA purchasing platform deployment on 6 French sites (process, users’ training).

    Results
    - Frame agreement signed. Successful implementation on the sites.
