I’ve demonstrated excellent project management skills. I am comfortable with leading business meetings both internal and external, engaging and collaborating with customers and suppliers to make the best of our relationship.
It is also in my character to seek for constant improvement and learn from all challenges.
I definitely look for new challenges and like to get out of my comfort zone. That is why I want to evolve to a an account management position, and am confident I have all it takes to rapidly become successful.

    MONTPELLIER 2011 - 2014 Have overall responsibility for all assigned opportunities, work closely with, and support, the Dell Sales team (as well as supporting functions) in presenting Dell's total capability to our clients in the form of formal proposal documents, customer presentations and possible contract conversations.
    Perform a pre-sales project/process manager role and will obtain the required commitment from within Dell and, where appropriate, from 3rd parties in order to assemble the bid team, produce a winning proposal/offering and obtain the required level of management approval to release the proposal/offering to the customer.

    Principal Duties and Responsibility
    • Ensure timely and appropriate qualification and classification of opportunities
    • Ensure management visibility on strategic opportunities
    • Develop an attractive solution which meets customer requirements and which is both viable to the customer and to (the management of) Dell.
    • Produce a carefully conceived bid, professional in its presentation and delivered on time, which incorporates submission documents to include our solution to the customer's request, technical and product specifications, investment - and pricing overview as well as any contractual obligations.
    • Provide in depth insight in the specifics bids and tenders procedures and paperwork especially with regards to legislation on public procurement procedures from the European Union and local legislation.
  • Alcatel-Lucent - Bid Manager

    Paris 2009 - 2011 Bid manager in the "Strategic industries" department, my mission is to support the account team during the proposal phase by elaborating offers.
    I operate in full collaboration with the account sales manager in order to ensure customer's requirements are fully understood and a clear response strategy and solution is defined. I'm responsible for ensuring a high quality competitive bid is produced and delivered, making sure the appropriate amount of skilled ressources are deployed during the propoal phase to ensure a compelling proposal is delivered on time to the customer.

    Based in Cairo and Johannesburg since January 2011, I've managed important bids of over 5 Million euros for major projects such as:
    - Videosurveillance of the city of Algiers
    - Tramway of Casablanca (Telecommunication, video and audio systems)
    - Modernization of signaling systems on the Cairo-Alexandria railway in Egypt
    - Catumbela airport in Angola (Telecommunication and special airport systems)
    - Metro Area and Ethernet Network (MAN and MEN) + associated internal voice network for the City of Cape Town
  • Vodafone - Business Analyst

    Newbury 2008 - 2009 Worked on two distinct projects: development of a mobile application to share media with friends and creation of a Website.
    - Clarified requirements or business rules with User Experience and Marketing teams located in Europe and ensured requirements were feasible and optimized.
    - Documented functional specifications in detailed use cases describing the normal behavior of the system, error messages and business rules.
    - Designed wireframes for the Developer Website and admin tool used to manage administrator permissions or update the content.
    - Documented and defined the entire copy of the Developer Website, as well as the admin tool.
  • SFR - Radio engineer (Intern)

    2006 - 2006 Internship at SFR (Lyon, France). Worked on the optimization of the UMTS (3G) network performances:
    - 3G Quality of Service (QoS) and KPIs improvement in the town of Annemasse
    - Optimization of neighborhoods pairs on the 3G network
    - Development of an automatic tool in MS Access detecting pairs to add or suppress
    - 3G QoS enhancement in the trains of the Lyon’s suburbs.
