    Frederic's position as Hotel Services manager covers the management and operation of housekeeping, reception, seminars/groups/incentives, restaurants, kitchens and bars.
    As Resident manager, Frederic manages 6 head managers who report directly to him.
    His tasks are to maintain and improve the quality of service and product in all departments in respect with the budget, find opportunities of sales development, day to day control, organization and planification, welcome of VIP guest, support to the managers and guide to ensure projects, innovations and strategy are all in line and follow up.
