En résumé

Au cours de mes études de management international (en France et en Irlande), je me suis dirigée vers les Ressources Humaines grâce aux différentes expériences que j'ai pu avoir en entreprise.
C'est donc naturellement que je me suis orientée vers un Master 2 en apprentissage spécialisé dans les Ressources Humaines et en l'occurence, celui de l'IAE de Paris (Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne).
Aujourd'hui, la gestion des ressources humaines devient et doit devenir une préoccupation majeure pour les entreprises face aux enjeux économiques, sociaux, démographiques et internationaux avec lesquels elles doivent composer. C'est pourquoi j'ai choisi d'évoluer dans ce domaine professionnel riche et en mutation.

    Sèvres Cedex 2015 - maintenant My job is composed of three main missions:
    - creating a link between our consultants working on clients' sites because it can be hard for them to share a feeling of being part of AUSY. In order to achieve this, I am in charge of the induction of new hires. Events project management is also part of my role.
    - following and implementing a real career management within the company: we follow KPIs in order to set up action plans to make sure our consultants have opportunities to grow in the company and feel delighted by working for us.

    Paris 2014 - 2015 This experience provides me with an understanding of the organization of a MNC. I joined the Talent Management Group, and more specifically the Development team in September. We strives to offer the best possible development opportunities for Orange Talents. It is a very exciting challenge. One of the main thing I have been learning during this apprenticeship is to handle internal customer satisfaction.
  • Hertz - Human Resources Adminsitrator

    Montigny-le-Bretonneux 2013 - 2013 I was in charge of responding to and resolving HR inquiries from employees, managers, former employees and the HR team about different HR topics.
    As a first point of contact, I had to use judgment to escalate and route contacts/issues to the appropriate specialists (Payroll, Recruitment, Finance...). I had to take the initiative to collaborate for some complex issues with my other colleagues.

    One of my mission was to maintain the HR Oracle database with new hires/ leavers, employee career and personal changes. I had to archive physically and electronically the personnel records.

    I participated to meet or exceed established departmental performance measurements including quality,customer satisfaction, and productivity. I took in charge the update of the Employee Care Centre Satisfaction Survey.

    I displayed team work, communication and focused on continuous learning through self-development by attending internal trainings.

    Saint Dizier 2011 - 2011 I learned the importance of satisfying customers in accordance with the strategy of the company. I found out that a huge part of the work could be done by benchmarking and analyzing past performance and data. It also provided me with an opportunity to work with different departments in the company and to develop the collaborative spirit with employees.
