  • Dailymotion - Chief Financial officer

    Paris 2010 - 2016 A member of the Board, Strategic and Executive Committee. Tasked with driving the business and working collaboratively with CEO and management team to develop and execute business strategy, lead investment decisions, fund raising and M and A. Lead the group Finance, Human Resources and Administrative functions.
    Located from 2010 to 2014 in France and relocated in USA in 2014.

  • Dailymotion - Vice President Finance

    Paris 2007 - 2009 Joined the dailymotion management team a year and a half after its launch, coinciding with the Series B fundraising. Cash burn was rapidly increasing and monetization was not launched yet. Reported to CFO and led and managed a finance team.

    Selected accomplishments:

    • Oversaw financial due diligence for all strategic funding initiatives.
    • Delivered 5-year strategic plans, budgets, forecasts and performance analysis for shareholders and investors.
    • Deployed adequate financial controls to support rapid growth, a high level of financial agility, and transparency to the Board.
    • Partnered with operations to deliver best-in-class management information to drive balanced decision-making.
    • Coordinated the compilation of statutory accounts and managed the annual audit.

  • Accenture - Consultant | Finance, Performance Management & Organization

    Paris 2005 - 2007 Finance, performance management and organization consulting projects for tier-1 media and telecom clients: change management, business intelligence, system integration.

    2002 - 2004 Orange Dominicana is the second largest local telecommunications operator in the Dominican Republic.

    Reported to the CFO as the FP&A Director and joined the management team just after its commercial launch.
    Founded in 2000, the company was acquired by Altice, a cable and telecom investor, for $1.4B in 2013.

    Selected accomplishments:

    • Managed the strategic planning function (5-year strategic plan) and business plan required for fundraising.
    • Deployed and managed the corporate FP&A function: management reporting, statutory accounts, forecasts, budgets.
    • Hired and managed a team of 5 Operational FP&A staff dedicated to Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, G&A, Network.

  • Mobistar (Orange Group) - Financial Controller

    Bois Colombes 2000 - 2002 Mobistar is the n°2 local telecom operator in Belgium and Luxembourg

    Reported to VP Financial Reporting as Financial Controller and joined a higlhy structured FP&A / Controlling team.

    Founded in 1995, Mobistar is now generating $1.3B revenues, 24% EBITDA margin and counts 1,500 employees.

    • Delivered monthly financial and management packs.
    • Led and Implemented group external financial consolidation reporting efforts.
