    o Advertisement of the positions: creation the advertisement using the template provided and
    working in relation with the communication agency to post the advertisement on the
    CareerOne, MyCareer and Seek.com websites.
    o Responded to the applicants’ enquiries sending them the information package required to
    apply for the position
    o Created the acknowledgement letters in response to the applications received
    o Facilitated interviews between the Manager, the Human Resources Manager and the
    candidate.

    o Prepared the appointment package: request for employment form, security, network login,
    bank information, TFN form, Health Declaration…
    o Entry of the profile of the employee in SAP.

    and regulations and checked for any documentation missing.
